A new year means a new crop of budding film starlets – and none of them is shaking up the fitness scene like Indian “it girl” Hemalayaa.
Check out her most recent headlines:
Caught dirty dancing!! But we don’t mean in clubs… Hemalayaa prefers boogying to infectious Indian music to get a full-body workout. See her burning up the dance floor (and the calories) in Bollywood Dance Workout.
Best beach booty!! This star knows exactly which moves will burn fat and firm her backside…so you can bet that’s not a butt double in her latest release, Bollywood Booty.
Is that a belly bump?! Not on this screen siren. She works hard to tone her tummy with upbeat, targeted world-inspired dance workouts like the ones in her Beautiful Belly DVD.
How the stars drop pounds! Hemalayaa reveals celeb secrets in Bollywood Burn, where she shows how to shimmy away pounds and stress using toning and cardio dance moves inspired by hit Indian films.
Here at Eco Child’s Play, we like baby leg warmers. We’ve featured organic cotton Leggies and BabyLegs. Today I get to tell you about Bamboo Leg Huggers for your little one. These are absolutely adorable (by far the cutest I’ve seen) and are made out of fast growing bamboo fibers.
I can appreciate the practicality of Leg Huggers for every baby. It’s awesome to keep your little ones legs covered during diaper changes, to not expose several inches of precious baby skin when their pants creep up while being carried and to have knee protection when they are crawling.

Your holiday leftovers can be transformed into money-saving meals that are also rich in nutrition. Here’s how to cash in:
The green stuff: Throw cooked veggies into a pot to make leftovers soup, and put extra raw ones in the oven for atasty roasted dish.
Capital grains: Leftover rice may be a hot commodity (it’s great in soup, casseroles, or as a meatloaf thickener), but if it’s been in the fridge for more than three days, the FDA recommends chucking it.
Beyond bouillon n : Make the most of leftover roast beef with a hearty soup and turn that poultry into a healthy shepherd’s pie by combining it with extra mashed potatoes.
Tipping the scales: Recycle fish into a one-dish meal by tossing it into your favorite couscous recipe and adding veggies, or whip up a batch of fish cakes that aren’t swimming in oil.
